Six ounce filet dusted with home crafted Chipotle powder and sea salt. Seared in real butter. Served with pit roasted corn on the cob, seasoned with butter, sugar, sea-salt, Chipotle pepper and cayenne.
Complimented with house salad of romaine, tomato, red onion and sweet pepper. House dressing or garlic and herb infused, cold pressed extra virgin olive oil or balsamic vinaigrette sprinkled with mozzarella.
